hi every one i have not been on here for a very long time and i have just bought my self a blobeye wrx 2005 its in my garage at the moment having new head gaskets done so whill i was browsing ebay i saw this scooby going cheap so i went and bought another one this is were i need some help on its a 02 blobeye not sure if its had a face lift, i know its been damaged at some point the lad who i got it off cant get it running he bought it with no keys he had a new key made but it wont start so i am thinking it has a imobilizer on it does any one recognise this car maybe the old owner know s how to turn the imobilzer off

 

If it's a UK car the immobiliser is part of the ECU/security system and requires a matching transponder in the key It may also have a Sigma alarm/Immobiliser system fitted as well.
