All other Non-Turbo hawkeye use same arms but they are different to the WRX items

Watch out for the headlight level sensor mount if you have HID's. A lot of arms don't have the mount for the sensor if you get them from any other model. I've replaced the arms on my 06 2.0 R Sport Wagon with those off a WRX Saloon of the same year as they're alloy so won't have a problem with rusting through again. Saloons have a wider track than the Wagon's but they did go in without any hassle.
Have you checked with your local Subaru dealer to see if the recall on the arms has already been done? If it's not been done already you might be able to get them replaced for nothing.

they are already of the car i dont think i can take them up loose, plus i dont have time to go through that process, nobble are very unhelpful and are a rip off at best of times

You don't mean AF Noble in Penicuik do you? I had the airbag recall done by them. It was booked in before I even owned the car and can't say I have any complaints about the work they did.
Anyway, does your car have HID headlights? The sensor on the drivers side needs a mount on the arm which most WRX arms won't have.

Done a quick bit of digging and the 1.5 and 2.0 R's appear to share the same front crossmember and rear bushing/mount on the control arm which means you shouldn't have any problems fitting Newage WRX arms. Just watch out for the sensor mount if your car needs it.
Not sure I would ever buy second hand steel arms for these cars though when they're a known weak point. They tend to rust from the inside out so even though they may look ok, they may be about to go pop.

To be fair that only seems to be listing sedans and if wagons use a different arm then it might be a bit more confusing
This is where you need @Don Clark to pull it out of the bag for you!

Saloon arms work, you just need to change out the drop links for Saloon ones too. You're meant to swap the whole roll bar but I bought one and it turned out to be the same width as the one fitted and wouldn't even fit on the car because the bends were in the wrong place. They kick the wheels out 10mm further each side (20mm total) but there's plenty of space in the arches for that.
