What do you do to the surface rust?

How do you clean the underside of the car 1st?

A mixture of a wire brush plus a drill with a wire brush end , take it back to rust free , then spray , they do loads of products including some sort of stone guard , it’s very easy to apply , if it has protection on the underside and arches, and it looks good i leave alone or put a cover over it , but as with all factory under sealing areas are missed , jacking points got an extra heavy dose
