Link G4 ECU high voltage

Gents. My car GC8 is pulling 23v and the ecu is shutting it down. What can cause this spike?

Possibly a failed regulator in the alternator.

Measure the battery voltage at the battery when engine is running

could be internal reg in ac alt or internal reg inside the g4 ecu
