Default Looking for advice

Hi guys and girls looking for some advice. Recently had a space frame rear subframe. The car has not been on the road or track since it was fitted and car is now all in bits again. My question is when looking at it it looks like the clearance between the driveshaft and the subframe is really close am I going to have issues when driving the car. There is only about 5mm from drive shaft and the frame. I have jacked it up and it dont seem to touch but dont know anyone else with one fitted that I can compair with. Just want to know if I should give up with it and find a standard one and swap back. Car is not going to be a daily car will be odd road use and track. Pics below of what I'm talking about. Cheers for any help.

personally fit it all up , drive it see if any thing hits , if it does take it to him on the car (based on him being local ) and he can move a few bars around , if not local , photos of areas of contact then ship it to him , it should not be a big deal to move things around

Cool mate. Will be a good while till the car is road worthy again but seems that's only way to really know.

ask the guy who built it if things are close maybe it’s the norm , that will at least put your mind at rest and he gets a heads up of maybe it’s not right

Have been speaking to my welder mate about it as well he said if it does catch then he can alter it for me so guess it's not the end of the world.
