Default Ongoing instrument panel issue any auto electricians !! Help

Hi all wondering if we have a auto electricians on here,,, I finally found a set of
clocks that work almost... the clocks and loom are from the same year and the loom
is identical to the oe loom fitted in the 05 wrx so should be identical the colours and location of the wires
are the same also

I was having issue with the previous set of clocks fitted ( bug sti clocks ) no eml / no headlights / and various
other things.... now I’ve Managed yo source a set of bug wrx clocks from the same year everything now works
apart from the little green symbol for dipped beam its really starting to **** me off as it’s been ongoing issue since
my bud bought the car and I cannot get to the bottom of it for him.

can anyone think of a reason why only the dipped beam symbol would not appear when I switch the lights on.... full beam
works as dose the indicator on that side looking at the back of the clocks they are the only two bulbs I can see on that side
of the clock so wondering if the dipped beam symbol is led ..... also I should add I gone through about 5 sets of clocks now
and the dipped beam dose not work on any of them soooo where could the issue be

if it’s not the clocks
not the fuses
and the loom all looks untouched

what the hell can it be

pulling my hair out on this one what’s left of it !!
