Photoshop my forester

Can anyone colour the front fog light surround in the same blue as the body please?

I don't like the fake carbon fiber effect so I'm thinking of getting them painted.

Personal taste and all that but I think the contrast looks good - Audi does it with lots of bumper vents and grilles.
Any bodyshop will paint them up - save some money and take them off yourself first ?
