Hi, will the later STI Blobeye & Hawkeye steering wheels fit a 2002 Bugeye?

Yes, with a bit of fettling. The splines on the column are the same and it will bolt on, but you will need the whole wheel including the airbag, rear assembly and the horn squib thing too. Basically everything off the later car.
