Would fitting a couple of bonnet vents help with heatsoak on TMIC , i am thinking when sat at lights and slow moving traffic?

probably not , on a supercharged monaro the supercharge sits on top , the vents some one put in were not helping if any thing making it worse as the airflow did not go over the engine just out the vents , there from memory on here is a metal plate that goes under the intercooker 😁 to help isolate it from the engine a bit more but you don’t want to restrict the flow through it , not sure how much the plate is or wager you can buy it , option 2 cheaper how effective i’m not sure add an intercooler spray system
