all I kno is that's its on a subaru impreza which is currently out of tax, mot and not insured, a friend of mine wants to buy the registration off it , thats all nothing sinister...

You can register an interest with the DVLA and they will contact the owner on your behalf.

 

Car is blue, and looking at the mot history, not likely to be a much loved car, not to the standard you guys on here will keep them anyway,... car is in the Birmingham area,..
this as much as I can find out.

Dvla will only give out owner details in exceptional circumstances, I can't find where they will contact the owner?
