you bought it off someone on here mate, looks absolutely amazing. I’d be gutted if I sold that then it kept popping up. Like an ex getting passed around 😂

Bugeye’s are my favourite. Mine looked like this before I took it apart.

Looks a bit different right now.

Thanks John. I say stock....it does have the Prodrive cash-back exhaust system on it. But that is OEM so I allow it.

I have been thinking of a few more OEM+ upgrades.....like the GT1 alloys off of an RB edition. I mean, I love the original alloys on it but I do think 18's would be a perfect fitment and slightly wider will fill the arches a touch better.

I love the estates, the saloon doesn't really do it for me. Here is my old one:

Partner's car she loves it......

We also have a 4 door, but the wagon is more versatile for carrying stuff.

Blobeye was completely standard and was bombproof (although not rust proof!). Hawkeye has had quite a few of mods (incuding undersealed) but feels a lot more 'delicate'. I like the speed and handling of the haweye but the blob was more reliable albeit slower.

TLDR: I like them both for different reasons I guess.

Thanks Johno,
Now back on the road after many many jobs totalling £2,500 and waiting for a month on two tyres arriving. They eventually came from bloody Holland so must’ve been sitting at a port, veeeeeeeeeerrrrry frustrating.New rear pads, new gear oil, diff oil, engine oil, rocker gaskets, timing belt, tyres,m o t,4 wheel line up etc etc but tonight was the first proper run out since November and it is going absolutely brilliantly,380 bhp twin scroll madness.
i’ve had plenty performance cars over the yesrs, bikes, kit cars, this spec c is not for sale!!!

I do like this one better! & it go's better as well!! but then anything go's better than the wagon I swear she's never had it over 70 mph . Just something about the blobeye does it for me.
