Excessive price for a 2004 car?
Am I missing something here, but £23000 seems excessively high for a my2004 car !?! ::

It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it but even with a low mileage like that I think they are being a bit ambitious. I wonder what my RA is worth with 32k miles then...
Prices are on the rise but I'd say a mint and unmolested UK narrow track with this mileage is £14-15k max. And I'd definitely want to see it up on a ramp before committing.

Seen loads of traders trying there look with high priced cars. All you need is a collector wanting a mint one. Thing is with a trader, they will be happy to sit on that car for 12 months, where as alot of private sellers wouldn't have the patience, and normally when they want to sell they need a quicker sale as they want the cash for something else.
I always sell my Impreza's for a good price, as i list them when I'm not fused about selling.
o when people ask me what's your lowest, i just say not fused about selling.
