The 2nd hand car market has gone crazy, ive just been offered surprising figures for my current car which around 1 year ago i'd have got 4 - 5k less for it, the housing market is the same, anything with any sort of value has been rocketing, the bubble will burst eventually.

 

one I sold less than a year ago was better condition and £6k ,, this is joker money lol
