Right so I have to remove intake mainfold, intercooler and turbo, to delete the secondary air system that's gone **** up, a very big job for a very useless part........
So whilst this is done is there anything else I should be looking at replacing/upgrading? Car's got not EGR as that was on the list to go......it's a JDM 3'rd gen Forester 2008 50k miles 2l EJ205 engine....

PCV service / replacement?
I did phenolic spacers on the inlet manifold when I had it off. Throttle body coolant delete. Cylinder 4 cooling mod? not necessarily an inlet off job but easier whilst you’re in there.
It’s also a good time to place the oil temp sender in the preferred location for an aftermarket gauge if you run or plan on running one.

Very few seem to talk about it but worth doing.
