Default Fuel pressure regulators

With black Friday coming uo I'd like to buy a fuel pressure regulator so that its ready come mapping time.
looking at fuel lab as all the reviews seem great but there's more than one option.

Could someone put a link to the flow rate I need please. I don't intend going over 400bhp on my twinscroll jdm. .

Why not go with an adjustable one? Futureproof

From what i've found (someone please correct me if i'm wrong) standard pressure is 45psi and most decent adjustable's have a range of like 30-90 or there abouts (depending oin brand, model etc etc)

I've got a fuel lab one like that , that I haven't used. I'll look up the serial number for it. I may be wrong, but I think you can adjust the pressure on it.

This is the whole reason for the thread. I have no idea what options are avaliable and what pressure I need.

Go for one with a minimum range of 35-70 you'll be fine, think the fuel lab adjustable is the 30-90 I mentioned. I'm pretty sure the pressure doesn't need to change at the 400 your after tbh so the regulator is just to ensure pressure not change it.

The Fuelab mini versions are great and easy to find a place for in the engine bay.

That depends on what your doing about fuel lines etc. If your going parallel your ripping all the lines out and replacing them with braided anyway. Standard lines are 8mm iirc which equates to an 6, larger lines are usually for much higher power or just because you want to I guess.
