so everyone what’s on your lists ? Either like me sometimes to “ yourself “ or for the other half to get you ?
my sons was to stop daddy spending all his money on that now noisy Subaru thing ! Lol.
mines an aos system either rcm or Perrin to match the other bits !

The issue with the Perrin is that the crank case breather is both the in and the out. So you are trying to return the oil down the same hole you are trying to vent it from. Not ideal on a big power car.
Better off with the RCM that returns oil to the sump instead, thus leaving the crank case to vent as it should.

Why 2.5 -2.6 over 2.35? jdm heads could help to.
I was after 2.35 for my jdm heads but chevron said better to go with 2.1 for owens turbo.
Not sure should I ask Santa about rcm aos to

Yes that's what I mean using word "magic", read Your post before( and few others) but did not know what they did and thats one of the reasons I did not use them for my 2.1 jdm build.

It needs adjusting, the ARB should be perpendicular with the floor when the wheels are on the ground.

meannit might be slanted but then surely it can’t be ? You must only have a few millimetres of clearance I’m presuming?

On mine, the shape of the bar would mean it would hit the exhaust if slanted like you say. If you still don’t have clearance when it’s perpendicular then look at getting some different exhaust mounts, some have three holes to give you clearance options.

I’ll get in on a ramp or I have access to a pit teouble is when I did it I had it jacked up and just matched length of end links to original and then dropped it back down so can’t see what’s going on when the weight is back on. The other mounts might be an option. Will report back.
Wonder if I could add a 4 post lift to my list ? Lol probably taking the **** a bit.

will get it over pit early part of week and remove and do again. So take them off and allow car to sit with full weight and then adjust links to desired length for middle hole and then tighten yes ?

Yes, just make sure you have the spacers oriented correctly for using the middle hole on the bar, otherwise it’ll out unwanted torque on the bar and won’t adjust correctly.

Remove drop links, wheels on the floor, adjust drop link to size of 2 holes, 90° for top and bottom bolt on drop link aka square C ,slide it to holes ,nuts on job done

It was in upside down or reversed. The bend was facing down rather than up !! What a tit , all sorted. The links were nice and loose while under load then I gave it a few turns until the wobble went and locked it off. Dropped it back down. Also measured each side to floor and they were exact. It also now clears the exhaust !
