Default Help immobiliser

Hello,
I've got a 06 hawkeye 2ltr. Battery died in keyfob, changed over. Now it won't start. There is no lights when I press the immobiliser key pad.
I have no spare key and no code for the immobiliser pad.
Any ideas please?
The lights on dash turn on when you put key ignition.

Im assuming it’s a sigma alarm with the key pad ? The key pads can fail , it should be showing some lights when you touch the pad buttons/numbers , is it a separate fob for the alarm or just one key with the alarm buttons built into it , a sigma alarm supplier would be able to advise you as there are some codes that can be put into the key pad if it’s working , but I don’t think yours is , how did you know alarm fob was failing , did you put a dud battery in the key or fob and wrong way round in error , on another alarm system I had , may not work on sigma , i put the key in turned ignition on as I pressed the alarm fob at the same time which worked , fingers crossed 👍

It's a all in one key with 1 button. Got the code today from the dealer. Pressing buttons on key pad nothing is lighting up. Key turns lights on dash nothing else. Pressing button on keyfod does nothing.

Just checking you have a separate key pad ? If So sounds like a sigma alarm , worth checking the key pad is still plugged in to the alarm , if it is , I think your key pad is broken , happened to one of mine , just buy and plug in a new key pad in , then if you have the code it should hopfully work 👍

Yea I've got pad just under steering wheel on the right.
Is it easy enough to fit a new one? Also easy to get a new one? Does seem like there is no power to it, pulled it out to check fuses behind, all fine and wire was solid.

It’s years since I did mine , from memory , it’s just a plug on the back of the alarm unit , the wire from memory is a number of wire strands stuck together and flat , it’s not unusual to fail as the wire is not that tough , contact a sigma alarm supplier or there are some for sale on line , there were a few models of the sigma so just check your old pad and it’s connections before you buy one
