Just refulled this morning:

276 miles on 50.5 litres

Equates to pretty much 24.8 mpg.

Driving mainly in light to medium traffic, approx 20% motorway. This is pretty much what I got fom my MY00 turbo, though two factors: 1. Revs have been kept to a max of 4000rpm, which means better MPG than an average tank, 2. This is the first tank, and I understand that fuel consumption improves significantly as the engine loosens up. Hopefully these two may more or less cancel each other out.

Anybody else finding similar fugures?

I got nearly 320 miles out of my first two STI tankfulls. It's now since dropped to a much more reasonable 220 ish.

I was figuring on around 230... so it looks like I'll be about right....thank god its no worse

Granny drivers ... I get about 160-180 from my slightly fettled MY 00 !! (And no it's not got 320 BHP, its got 279 according to the rollers !)

Never get more than 180, I do enjoy it though

Around 220 in My STI7, but I got 165 from the last tank of Optimax and a big big smile.

Went to Banbury (Prodive)yesterday did 80 miles there (in convoy) and used only 1/3rd of a tank
but great 80 mile ride home used the other 2/3rds
