**HELP NEEDED - JUST SEEN SOMEONE KEY MY CAR**
#1
I can't believe it I've just seen someone key my car (left a deep scratch about 6 inches long on rear door). He left on a scooter and I managed to get the registration.
How do I find out wher this ****** lives ?? Can I do a vehicle (bike) check ??
Totally pi55ed off

What a B*r5t&rd. Call the cops - The little sh1te will p00 his pants when they pull up to his door. Probably end up getting no pocket money for a couple of years to pay for the damage.
Hang 'em that's the only answer.

From my experience (when my car was broken into), if you charge the little ****** they will then be pissed off at you cos they had to pay damages to repair your car, and then come back and key your car again...
Does an HPI not give the registered keeper??
Just "borrow" his scooter (scooter... tee hee hee)and "return" it to a river...

Similar thing happend to my m8, police decided not to proceed with the matter and would not release the address to which the plate belonged. To$$ers. Don't hold your breath with the police, but it is the only thing you can do to avoid getting yourself in trouble.

Report it, with a description & give them the details of the independant witness that you have that saw him do it.
The offence is Criminal Damage & exactly the type of crime that Tony Blagh & the visionary disturbed one are trying to erradicate from our streets at the moment.

Don't expect the police to be too interested...
Friend of mine got knocked off his motorbike by a young lad in a Vauxhall Nova (what else..). He got the plate and a witness but the police couldn't even be arsed to go to the registered address.
They sent out a letter and finally went round there 2 months later when they had no reply and my friend kept hassling them. Guy answered the door said he had never heard of the guy and that was it, case closed....
If you do go for revenge then my advice would be to wait 12 months and then the police won't think it was you....

I'd recommend going to the police, but on the other hand, if you beat the faeces out of him and he went to the police:-
Officer of the Law: "Who beat you up then?"
Moped Poofter: "Probably the bloke who's car I maliciously damaged, unprovoked."
Just a thought.

Got to take it into your own hands I reckon, but leave it a few weeks and do something that won't get you into too much trouble ie not beating him up (too much).
I have a really good book on "getting even" tells you how to really **** people off legally.

Check an on-line insurance site & with the reg you should get a make/model as well. Try the local shop that covers that area and run a sob story etc. Might get a name or other pointers possibly.

Definately agree with the wait a while so it doesn't look related...
Would you believe it is 12 months since my old flat got broken into and it was the guy who lived in the flat above that did it???? Might not seem related in a "retaliation" kind of way now...

Just been on the DVLA site. If I'm correct LX02 *** Tells me that it was registered in Sidcup. Doesn't help me much.
if you find out where he lives, buy a cheap £50 car for cash, attach his scooter to the back with a tow rope, stand on the horn until you get some attention and drive off up the road dragging it behind you. if you do decide to do this e-mail me so i can come and watch (i'm perfectly serious).
