Has anyone had any trouble with there electric windows not rising correctly.
Mine started over the weekend, when it comes down and you can see it moving to the side and so when you raise it it comes up all wonky....the window that is!!!Behave!
Can anyone explain whats going on, can it be fixed on your own and if not how much is likely to cost me. My service is due so I was going to ask them to take a look, I just want to have an idea of what the problem is before they tell me a new door or something!!!
Cheers,
Chris

Bizzarely I took mine in this morning to get this very thing fixed.
Drivers side window ( coincidence - it gets used the most ? ) seems to have slipped forward - so it doesn't seal properly at the back edge.

the window has slipped as the retaining bolts inside had worked loose and dropped off. The window mechanism has therefore been shredding the inside of the door as it has been raised and lowered ( bearing in mind that I have to open the window to close the door properly and the weather has been good). Needs to go into a bodyshop.
