I'll find a difference if there is one this afternoon, when I drive home - the journey starts very slow and the car heats up well and truly through the numerous traffic lights and roundabouts!

I'm an absolute kn0b when it comes to diy and it took me 25 minutes all in and no mistakes.

Cool

I have been wondering about fitting one...

sounds like a nice mod without stressing anything unduly like modding ECU etc, and very cheap in comparison...

Very interested to here if you think it improves power....

Question

Seem to remember a diagram of how to make them, but have lost the link to the site.
Does anyone have it?

Well, I've done a sunny day drive and the difference is noticable.

Normally on a drive to work the car is super responsive (cold morning, etc), but of a sunny afternoon, it feels noticably slower.

With the splitter it pulls more like on a cold morning (not quite as good though).

£25 well spent.

I've had mine on now for about 6 mths and i do believe it makes a difference..The car seems to pick up a lot smoother lower down.
Worth the 25 squid!

Er,

i just noticed that Mikey(lets split)Furry now has an advert that appears at the top of the page. Hopefully the following URL won't conflict with the ad-click software, so see
