im a rookie here so hello everybody....maybe somebody can settle a dispute i have...someone i know has been mouthing off saying he worked on ecu settings for a prodrive modded car called the uk400...he says that there were 400 of them and that they never come onto the market...i always thought it was called the uk300 and people sell them to buy sti's....maybe im wrong but any help would be much appreciated

 

Id say your 100% right, its a uk 300 though I wouldnt say people sell them to get STi's ? as the UK 300 is a limited edition it should have a better 2nd hand retail value in the future (maybe not ) so maybe worth holding onto.
I know alot of UK owners wernt happy with the price structure of the UK 300 vs the WRX STi as some would have held out for an STi if they had known the price was going to be so close.

It was the UK300 and there were limited to 300 in number not becuase they had 300bhp (215bhp or 240 for an extra 1600) or they could do 300mph (about 140mph or 225kph)

However interestingly in Japan they sell a type Euro as a JDM I think but I dont know if its limited to 400.
