30mph in 5th... is it possible ?

My MY99 doesnt like 30 in 5th either. 5th is 40+. Bit of a change to my 220GTi which would happily pull uphill doin 30 in 5th...

yep 2nd is better as I would be close to the rev limiter in 1st
Corners better in 3rd though

Nope, running mine without octane booster it wasn't even very happy in 4th (uk car) it was OK with SUL & a double helping of NF at 35mph in 5th, but not really something the car enjoyed.

...try getting the TEK 2 from ECUTEK. Had this done last week and the car now "pulls" from 25mph in 4th and manages 35 in 5th.

Hello previous question of y da fek wood u wana has still not been answered turbo doesn't even kick in when doing 30 in 3rd & barely does in 2nd so wots the need for 4th, 5th or 6th????

My RA comes on turbo at 30 in 5th, okay maybe not
but its doing 1,500 rpm and will pull from 30 easily

Mine does 30 in 5th fine, but sounds best in 3rd
