The trip to the ring was soo sweet, not the driving so much, weather was crap, (and I found the ring a bit too scary!!!) but the laugh we had whilst we were there was awesome. Great bunch, top weekend

If the ring was in the UK they'd put speed traps on it.

i supose they didnt mention the fact a 115BHP Impreza Sport past the 500BHP plus and the 440BHP cosworths?

Sadly those figures for fatalities are real, i hope they didnt sensationalise that, it's a terible statistic and there are real people behind those numbers.

Am i surprised? errrrrm NO. It hardly shows what really counts at the ring, track knowledge and driver ability. I supose you cant sell that to the redline audience, it's got no bass boom, flashing neons or prrrrsssssssssst prrrrrrrsssssshhhhhhtttt dump valves.

John

The redline audience may not have been interested in your sport but I'm sure your STI VI type R will have them wetting their pants...

You're right of course, they (Redline readers)aren't interested in driver skill or circuit knowledge.

Oh and well done for not mentioning that you have a new car in this post

The truth is John F, we'd seen your driving and were only too happy to let you go past, in case you span into one of us.
You couldn't drive a pointy stick up a dead dog's ****.

(In case you were wondering - yes this is a joke John)

If you want to have a go at getting past a Cossie that's actually trying, get to Bedford Autodrome on 29th July or better still 31st of August. The August date will include howfast.co.uk timed laps. Call 01403 733999 and book your place with Liz Bushnell...

I wasnt slagging you or your article off, i was having a laugh with davyboy, hence all the And no i havent read the article, thats why i asked if anything was in there, pretty obvious to me. I dont read redline, my eyes cant take all that naked flesh anymore.

Martin, face it, that 2wd cossie was dog slow in the wet.

I am saving my track stuff for the ring now, but i'll be at the alconberry top 10 shoot out so will have a laugh with your there hopefully. I have a bit more than 115BHP in my scoob now.

No wonder young lads have such a bad attitude to women and think slapping bits of Halford's seconds onto their cars is cool.

The article was interesting, but was just aimed at the "younger" readers. I hope a load of them don't turn up to the Ring next weekend!

I think me forgetting it was 4WD shows what little interest i had in it, rather than what i know. I know my cossies

I wouldnt want to be 17 again, no thanks, been there, done that, had the headache.

I went to the newsagents today, i just couldnt bring myself to reach for the shelf. Bring your copy Dave.
