Is this a good price?

I've been offered a Scooby by a dealer (non Subaru), Spec follows;
P reg, White Saloon
62000 miles
FSH (haven't seen it yet.)
Good Cond, no oil leaks etc.
A/C
Subaru Stereo
Fairly new boots
Drives well, no rattles etc.
The car is up for £12,995, although the salesman said I might get it for high £11s /£12. Does this seem reasonable, or if anyone knows of a better deal I would be glad to hear.
Thanks in advance

Make a 1st offer of £11k (go up to £11.75k) and make sure atleast 3 months dealer warrenty is included. If this is not accepted say you cannot afford anymore a walk away. It is a buyers market and the dealer will already have included trade in/discount allowances in the price. Also make sure the car has had its 60k mile service as this can be expensive.
