You don't see this very often ...

Ok,
So I know its not strictly Impreza related, but it made me laugh (well actually I needed to change my trousers, cause that was one BIG cat, and he was only about 2 meters away).

Blair Drummond Safari Park, just north of Stirling.
A great day out, but maybe not for the drivers of blue cars
We also came pretty close to this guy, he was actually slightly taller at the shoulder than the car

Nah mate,
The monkeys are now housed on an island, and you get to look at the from a boat as it motors around it.
I think they moved them because of the number of cars that were having bits ripped off them.

Now that would make a serious anti-theft deterent.......
Any for sale - anyone know the running costs (few zebras a month, large cage etc)
Save you on the cliffords but is it thatchem approved so would you get an insurance discount.
Imagine it'd scratch P1's paint!!

Hehe, reminds me of that bit from Alan Partridge where he's saying the monkeys steal bits of cars, but are secretly building a big stock-pile in the hope the can build a new car from it all and break out of the zoo

Nope - it's only chimps on the island.... the monkeys that used to climb all over your car were Resis (sp?) Monkeys. Apparently they had a hep-b scare and had to shoot them all (!). (Glad I didn't hype them up too much to my eldest before we got there).....
Lions did sod all last time we were there - the keepers were driving towards them to force them to get up and "mingle".
Shame.....'cos they (the Monkeys) were most amusing...(unlike the Monkees...showin my age now)
Note: only amusing when you turn up in a soft-top - they won't let you in (can't think why), so you have to get a guided tour by a keeper in their minibus. THEN it is amusing to watch monkeys remove bits from OTHER PEOPLES cars....
