A friend can acquire MY01 WRX's (Imports) for £19.5k....blue/silver.
Not entirely sure if this is a good deal or not as I am completely out of touch with new shape import prices.

Are these Japanese spec or EU/UK spec?

If UK spec, I think your mate is over 3 grand too expensive - speak to Iain at Lichfield Imports, who advertise on the BBS.
