I got rear ended on the 19th of July and the car won't be ready for another 6 days at least. I am already counting minutes

At least the rental they gave me is a B4 - albeit non-turbo and auto (it is more relaxing ).

After all this time has passed and I've been driving around in a Vauxhall Corsa !! The repair shop have called the insurance co to say they don't want to do the job !!!!!!???????

I'm getting very very itchy - I NEED the Scoob BACK NOW !!!

Why did the garage say they won't do it then? Never heard of this before!
