When buying, you need to specify whether it is the old model or the new one as they are different sizes.
If it's the MY00 backwards one you want, i've got a pink "stars" one i'll sell you (two actually if anybody else wants one) for much less than the price of a new one.....

Back when I had a Ford, the trendy mod was to sand off the blue from the back of the badge and paint it according to your taste.
Anyone tried doing this with a Scooby badge?

OK guys
They cost me £24.08 each. They are unmarked. Yours for £14 each and I will pay the postage.
In time order (both email and posts on the board) Chiark was first enquiry, C Pitt second, and Adam first reserve.
Who's buying??

Because we like them and some of us could have afforded one but are unavailable in our countries, and some of us lived with them in our previous countries. So we modify them to make them go like them and make them look like them too. It's the next best thing.

Because, like Dave, I am a bona fide muppet.
Besides, it's good for 13 bhp and decreased fuel consumption too. Bloke down pub said so, so it must be true.

Re Cheque, make it payable to "Sir Pete Croney" - i've done that with my salary - might as well cut out the middleman...

His Silver scoob's nose has turned blue. I think it's too cold.
There's instructions on i-club as to how to do it, IIRC.[/quote]
I have done this, you just sand down the black paint, and repaint it a different colour!
Blue nose! :
I was bored a couple of nights ago, so I took off the badge again, and this time it's changed from blue to silver! (no photos yet though)
Looks much nicer now!! yes, I'm STILL a tart!!

I did the same thing - made mine pink.
Used some wire wool to take off the black and applied some pink spray paint to it in two or three coats.
(Sad? - maybe, but looks great on the car. )
