do they do the light blue or sonic blue on the MY98 and MY99 impreza's. i dont seem to see many of them on the road.

Only sonic blue car they did on UK spec in MY98 was the Terzo IIRC

 

MY98 UK - Reddish Blue Metallic (light blue)
MY99 UK - No light blues, only Dark Blue Mica (Deep blue mica for MY00)

MY98 Terzo - Sonic Blue

Other than those, no in the UK, although there are European imports in Sonic Blue for most years!

Reddish blue was dropped in favour of DBM.

The 22B was sonic blue and MY98 .
