Are these a factory option?

I'm trying to find out if I can get the leather sport seats like are in Hawkeye's STi.

I assume that you can only get side airbags in sport seats without leather. That makes me assume that you can get leather sport seats without side airbags. Now, what is confusing is that my brochure says (translated) that "In addition, as an option, one can choose lateral airbags SRS** installed in the side of the front seats. **Leather seats are optional in European models" So with that, I thought that maybe lateral airbags and leather seats came in the same option package.
Minor issue: brakes. My brochure says that it comes with 16" (about 400mm) brakes up front and 15" in back. Can this be true?! That wouldn't even fit with the 17" wheels. Thanks for the answers.

I wrote incorrectly about something. The UK website says that lateral SRS is available in 4 door sport seats only. Then leather says not available with lateral SRS. That's why I assume you can either have leather sport seats or cloth/lateral SRS. Then the confusion already said in my brochure (above).

The size of brakes in the brochure refers to the size of (Subaru) wheel required to get over them. Hence "16in" brakes for the Subaru 4 pots! They have been described like this ever since the 22B was announced and everyone drooled over the spec. only to find out they were really just the standard STi items of the day.

I bet Arthur Andersen told them to size them that way. The sneaky bestards.
Does nobody have the leather option? This is the most elusive of all options. I MUST HAVE IT!!

The Side airbags are ONLY fitted to the sport seats. Absolutely under no circumstances should you have these seats they're horrible, I had them in a my01 WRX, moved to the buckets in a STi7 and wow what a difference.
Leather is an option on the buckets! But I would not have it fitted to the STi seats as I luurve the suede effect.

Anybody else agree about the sport seats (with shoulder support) being much better than the buckets? I've never actually sat in the buckets, but I've found the sport seats to be very supportive.

PPower,
I also thought the sport seats were good, until I sat in a demo STi7, the bucket seats are just fantastic.
Not sure whether I'd want a leather trimmed one though. Brake too hard and you'll be climbing out of the footwell

I finally realized that I've been calling buckets "sports" and sports "buckets". Now I'm understanding. But now I hope my dealer didn't confirm the wrong thing. I did send a picture, but I guess I'd better double check.
Enron/WorldCom - they're not the only ones to inflate their earnings. Arthur Andersen was just stupid to endorse the company's accounting for fear of losing such large accounts and therefore, their own jobs/careers.
