How can you differentiate between "rice" and a Subaru? In case you didn't know they Hondas, Toyotas, Mitsubishis and Subarus are Japanese. Hence they're all RICE.

I can't remember who owns the Green/Black Civic Type-R in the picture but it's featured in either Max Power of Redline this month (my son gets both magazines!).

The guy who owns it wanted to do something different and so painted it using blackboard paint then graffitied using chalk!

Means he gets a new paintjob every time it rains.

Only cosmetic mods though, nothing done on the engine front.

I guess it's on a UK plate as it would have needed to be imported to the US. They don't sell the CTR over there, only a lukewarm Civic Si version.
