I have an STi3, but want a P1. I have two options

1. Buy a P1.
2. Mod my STi3 to look like a P1.

P1's are pretty expensive, so I need an idea of how much it would cost to kit it out to look like a P1. I have similar performance already so it's really just the cosmetic changes I need.

Has anyone done this, or something similar?

I'll assume that this or anything like has never been tried throughout the entire community.

Hehe, just a quickie, I have an STi3 also, but it has 4 doors. dont P1's have 2? Or am I just being stupid?

There was a thread about this the other day. To get round dealer restrictions on selling P1 kit to fit on other scoobs I think you would have to order the lower lip spoilers and light covers from the states. Someone may have posted a link of where you can order it all from.

White STi3, correct, they do have two doors, but I'm sure you can kit it exactly the same.
Want to go for......
"Look there goes a P1", "wait a minute, it's got 4 doors"

I just love the look of them, but they cost too much at the mo.

i am sure there was a thread a few months ago re a lad in australia who has converted his car to p1 spec-think it wasin member's gallery
also have a look in a recent issue of jap performance for a p1 replica
you can easily buy the alloys-even halfords sell them
prodrive only sell p1 items to p1 owners and each car is numbered and the subaru garage has to use this no to order parts so it will be mail order or a sympathetic garage using someone elses p1 no
