Cool

I'm just trying to budget for a trip, has anyone been to France recently and can you remember the price of super unleaded over there?

Thanks
Stu

SUL is very similar in price to UL in France. When I was over there in August SUL worked out to be the same price / cheaper than UL here.

So you can drive even faster and harder on their wonderful roads without worrying about the cost of petrol.

Mark

I might be a bit out of date, but I believe SUL is about 6F30 at an Esso in France. The exchange rate is about 10F70/£. You can assume at least 3mpg more than normal as their roads are straighter and smoother and there's less traffic.

Stu,

I was over in France Mid Jan 00' and the prices(I think) on the Motorways are around 8.0ff for SUL. In Carefour in cite europe this dropped to around 7.0ff.
My co' car is a T.Diesel and this is around the 4.9ff ( the diesel per litre not the car ! ), but then, thats probabaly not any interest to you.
I'm over again end of feb so could double check if you'd like to mail me.

Steve.

Have just returned from France this weekend and was shocked to find that SUL is more expensive by about 0.2 pence a litre (NUL 67.5p SUL 67.7p) - was I feeling robbed by fatty 2 jags then or what.......

Dr Hu (wishing he lived in the french alps, where he could ski, ride, parachute, sunbathe & hike to his hearts content AND get cheaper fuel............)
