Howdy..

They are made by Morrette(sp)... they do two versions... one for UK spec cars (with electronic adjustment)... and one for Jap spec (not electronic)...

Try any of their dealers...

I think they are 240'ish (dont quote me.. I could be WELL off)

Cheers,

J.

They do make the car look distinctive, but personally I don't think they improve the looks.

There are some clearer pics of a car (same car?) with this mod on Tony Nesta's site, from the Lake District meet last December:

cheers you lot, especially Chrisp (you show off ! - how do you do it - was I close ?)
I'm not sure what I think to the conversion - I think it makes them look like they are street wise and mean ! hehehe gives them a bit of attitude (if they need anymore that is!!) I have been quoted £270 from On-line Auto Sport mail order - p&p on top though - its either them or a scooby sport exhaust that I'm going to splash out on first - which do you think I should treat my '98sport with ?

Depends what you want from your car, Philip, but I'd go for the exhaust. I'd bet that 99% of the folks on here would too.

Bear in mind also that the car in the Lake District pics (not sure about the one in the pic that you posted) has a non-standard front spoiler, which also affects the look of the car.

David

p.s. you were close in putting the graphic in: you just needed a / before the second "img" . (Oh, yeah, and square brackets - just seen chrisp's post , I'll get me coat...)

I must own up this is a pic of my car at Exmoor, out with the lads. The quad lights cost me £250 from Demon Tweeks about 18 months ago, so I would think they would be about £300 by now. I purchased the lights mainly for the looks as I have PIAA driving light anyway headlights on and I can see well over half a mile. On dip they maybe slightly brighter, but a set of bulbs will do that for you anyway. I purchased a set of front and rear spoilers at the same time (half price from my dealer) and he sprayed and fitted the lights and spoilers free of charge. When giving oncoming cars a flash of the light they get 6 lights blaring at them, they must see stars for quite a while.

hehehehe your crazy Bob - but I like your style - I can just imagine a trail of old escorts and astra's running of the road and going through hedges ! hehehehehehe !
Well before I got my car I was looking on this site and I think that it was your car that made my mind up to buy my Impreza sport (oh come on - I'm only 20 - 21 this Friday - remember all round my spot!!!) yup but seriously neat car m8y !

just having a look at that pic Ian - what is that thing in the middle of the car on the roof - they are on the rally cars too - is it to get some fresh air into the cockpit or something ? - on the old wrc there was 2 reg no. L555 BAT - not that I'm an anorak you understand !

Philip,

Yep the thing on the roof is to get fresh air in, as i said on the message, i am not too imprezzed by the car, Electra 1 concept BTW, dont like the front spoiler and the rear wing would put an EVO to shame, but i think the quad headlights look better than the morette ones, only because of the sidelights and they way it fits, if you see what i mean ? although looking at the car, i would say where the sidelights are would be the indicators as they arent anywhere else ???

The indicators come out of the appropriate side of the car on little stalks when you indicate to turn, just like on old Morris Minors (the wooden ones) . Actually, I think what looks like side lights are in fact indicators and the side lights will just be the outside one one of the main lights in the pod instead of both.

Philip
I've got them on a red car, I'm very pleased with them for looks.
I don't know how they compare with standard.
