Does anyone know how quick a UK300 is to 60. The standard WRX is meant to reach 60 in 5.9 secs. The sales man in the garage where I bought mine said that the UK300 was the same to 60.But because of the prodrive upgrade it had a 20% increase in speed from 30 - 70. If this is so how can the 0-60 speed be the same? I'm still running mine in so I haven't clocked it yet. Anyone know?

 

Quoted as 5.5 to 60. But auotcar did the standard WRX in 5.7 - so i reckon in the right hands 5.1 - 5.3 ???

The UK300 is the same as the WRX, 0-60 in 5.9
The UK300 with PPP, is 245Bhp/261lbs torque and 0-60 in about 5.5

well I've done 60 in about 3.2 seconds and a ton in 8

but on a serious note my uk300ppp is quicker than my RB5 with a full SS system so i reckon that the RB5 was about 5.1 so i would imagine its about the same. My cars only done 1300miles so its still a bit tight but between 3000 and 6000 its P1 fast(in 2nd and 3rd)

Have a peep at the last issue of EVO as its got all you want to know on the WRX STI, UK300 PPP,P1 AND RB5 PPP.The uk300 does 0-60 in 5.8 and 0-100 in 16.6 which is slower than a standard uk turbo scooby according to EVO

 

The 0-60 is not officially quoted, and various magazines have stated from just over 5 seconds (Autocar) to 5.8 (Evo). I think somewhere between 5.2 to 5.5 is realistic.
But have a look at the following link that states 4.9!
