I bet there are few sets in peoples sheds who have had driving lamp conversions. If it was me I wouldnt put fogs back in. There are three alternatives as well ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
1) Fogs
2) Spots
3) STI blanking plates
Third option maybe cheaper as well

Went to the bank friday afternoon, must have been away 5 minutes at the most to find my front fogs had gone.
Anyone advise on where to get replacements at a good price, would I be better getting driving lights instead ?
Also, can I secure them better ?

Had one of mine pinched off the car in the middle of the night when it was parked outside the house.
Biggest bummer was the fact that the ******* didn't bother to just undo the clip and take it away but rather decided to cut the wire the wrong side of the connector block. Luckily Tileys spliced in the new one with some new connectors. Still, at least they left the bolts on the floor in front of the car so that saved a few pennies!

i suppose now that imprezas have now got down to lo life prices(im not trying to be snobby
) means that our pride and joy is now fair game to thieving tw@ts , it made me more sad to hear of some one being bike jacked for their R1 as you get a 99 per cent wave rate from other bikers!!!

dave
ps just get a cibie conversion, i think it will be harder to nick these without having plenty of time and a tool kit!

1. Have a look at Scooby sport's HID driving lights. Expensive, yes, but the dog's thingies of lighting.![Cool](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/cool.gif)
2. Replace at least one of the bolts that secures the lights to the car with a "tamperproof" one. I've replaced all mine in stainless with stainless washers, paid abt £1 from a local bolt and nut stockist.
Tamperproof ones include those with "Torx" (star) type heads, except with a small rod up the centre, so that the bit needed to remove it has to have an equivalent hole up it. Yes, I know you can buy 'em, but chances are, if they're fitted with "Torx" bolts, the thieving scum won't be able to get 'em, let alone the tamperproof version.
