Do you think the Impreza GT would have faired better than the WRX does against the likes of the RS.
"evo" liked the GT much better than the WRX and gave it 5 stars,
The Austrlian magazine "Motor" also liked the GT better, and stated that the WRX is much slower and softer.
I also read someone here saying the Focus RS doing the Nürburgring at 8:45, well I looked it up and the GT managed 8:37.
I too opted for the GT over the WRX, because I thought the GT to be sharper and faster.
If anyone who drove thr RS and GT could please comment?

 

It seems only journos have driven the full UK spec RS so far.

The only reports I have seen refer to the MY02 WRX as a direct comparison.
