eibach pro kit or prodrive upgrade for my00

anyone know which would be the best..as far as i know the pro kit is 25mm front and 30 rear not shure how much stiffer.....if anyone knows that.
Do not have a clue what the prodrive upgrade is like..anyone in the know got sum idea?
