I've been years ago and it's a right rough place.If you're going with your mates it's not too bad but if you're taking family/wife/girlfriend I feel sorry for you!

I went there about 5 years ago with my mates and met up with my brother and is mates.We arrive about 10am.It was a twenties holiday and our rep said wow you missed it last night .We had a big storm and everybody was on the streets on lilo,s.what he didn,t say was all the rain washed all the drains up and the place stunk like the sewers for the whole of the holiday.We felt very ill and didn,t eat much at all.It was that bad my brother left his mates and got a flight back home.What a s..t hole.never again.sorry to put the dampers on your holiday but you did ask.It is very much a singles night life

Give you a tip

Get involved with the day+night trips and packages .
Hope you have a better holiday then we did.

its a typical lads holiday destination. loads of beer and loads of birds (admittedly some are wll rough but they are anywhere !). head for the limelight, i know the guy who owns it and has run it for the last 4 years - trevor hall !! (remember greece uncovered........)

Well im 23 and single so sounds like all the other hols i've been on! Going with 4 mates. Spoke to some others who had been and they hated it. Something about stuff beinbg put in drinks and memory loss, sore ***** and the like.

Still not put off though, my trusty butt plug and superglue will save me form greek homo date rapists!

Not to put a downer on your holiday
but.

Went with a mate of min a few years back, Booze / birds etc... the biz.

But 2nd day there, someone got in the apartment (Broke Small window), robbed a few bits, We hung around the following nite, nobody turned up, then went out the 4th night, got back at 07:00 blasted, the ****ers had ripped the doors off the apartment (downstairs one, by a field!). Nicked all our clothes, and tried to smash the wall safe out!!!!!!!
Luckily we only lost all our clothes etc.....

Told holiday company to get us the **** out of there, and then flew back after 5 days.
No compo for the holiday, but compo on the clothes,

So basically just make sure that the place is locked up / valuables stashed. Lots of people around doing bar work getting paid peanuts really.

Hi mate,

Went to Kavos last year, must say I enjoyed it, only downers as I remember them are No McDonalds/Burger King, and toilets that you can't put bog roll down. Also, I was a little bit older then the average crowd, you'll be OK though.

Oh, watch what you drink, a lot of the 4 for one offers seem very cheap and good value, they are filled up with meths!!!! you will get drunk etc, but after the holiday you may feel a bit rough for a few weeks, I did!!!

Jetskis etc are fun, and there is a very bizarre go-kart track too, slipperiest track in the dry I have ever encountered!!

Shame you are away, as I'll be down at the farm next week, still, I'll keep one of the parking spaces warm!!!

Just got back... What a **** hole!

All our passports were stolen, the place stank of ****, too many blokes - not enough women. I've never seen so many people with injuries, illness and broken bones!

2 went home early is was so crap...

Not going back.. (sory if anyone's just on their way )
