Which backbox?
#1
I am hoping to upgrade my backbox in the next couple of weeks, however I don't want one that is stupidly loud. Varies people on scoobynet have suggested that I get the "WR Sport" box. The problem is that I think this backbox is oval in shape and I would prefer a round one!!.
Firstly I am right in thinking it is oval, and secondly if it is can anyone suggest a round alternative.
Cheers.

rob588,
There are lot's of options if you want a round exhaust:
Cheapest - Magnex (3.5"), Milltek (4" ??), Scorpion
Average - Scoobysport (http://www.scoobysport.co.uk), Power Engineering (http://www.powerengineering.co.uk), Graham Goode Racing (http://www.grahamgoode.com)
Expensive - HKS
The most popular ones on this board are probably the Scoobysport and the Magnex items.
Hope this helps
Andy
PS - I have a Scoobysport one!! Although I'm toying with the item of a HKS Hiper Muffler!

scoobysport has always been a safe bet.
I have just bought a scoobymania, btu I like to chop and change all the time.
It suits the 22B better, because it has a larger diameter, and is cut back at the same angle as the bumper.

Why does no one ever recommend Janspeed? Winner of the Max Power backbox awards 1999 (whatever that means)cheaper than the other recommendations and now comes in a four inch round scooby fitment. Or are they Krappe?

I have the tsl motorsport backbox, stainless, group N spec, twin 65mm pipe or single 90mm. Sounds really well and is unobtrusive (just), and its £260 fitted (I think). Drop em a line
