Question

Hi everyone,

I apologise for the cross post with IWOC
but am really in need of some advice on this.

I've finally managed to get my hands on a set of STi rear spoilers for my 5-door and as luck would have it they are already the right colour for my car.

Are these a straight swop for the standard UK spoilers or will fitting them involve drilling extra holes etc.,..?

If this is fairly simple can someone give me an idea how to go about doing it please. I took the trim off the lower part of the tailgate at the weekend and it looks very much like the rear wiper assembly has to be removed to get at the centre mounting point and as for the top part it seems to be held on with some sort of bracket wrapping round the side of the tailgate.

What I don't want is to 'dismantle' my tailgate only to find I can't get the whole thing back together again! (

Or should I forget it and get a professional to do it?

Many thanks in advance for any help and advice.

Regards

Robin
