Unhappy

When turning the key to start my 98 UK it just makes nasty noises (the type you get when the engine is running and you turn the key to startup again)

starter is mashed i fear. how much for a new one ? ! anyhelp ?
i have just changed the battery the other day but to no avail !

cheers in anticipation

Paul

May be the throw solemoid as opposed to the whole starter. Try tapping it with a hammer as you crank it over.

sounds like the starter is shagged. they are normally about 400 for a good one.

or you could just buy a new car thats better

nah, he can't be a geek in an office, cos somewhere he said he's 17 and owning a 3.0 supra

he's probably got sacked from mc's as he didn't clean the floor properly. found his way back to the college he left from, signed up for a crochet class, and logged back into the IT room in the 'sixth formers lounge'!

Cheers

Another I'm a Truck **** in the making.

Why do these people feel their comments are amusing, wanted or smart?

There are Toyota forums Supraknobend. Try pissing people off at this one. It's not that bad so you probably won't fit in there either.
