Firstly i must start my thread by stating that i am not connected in any way with Jamie Whitfield or JW Racing .....
I would just like to spread the word for all the people who use this board!!
Late on friday i spoke to Jamie about ordering a Blitz SBC ID boost controller and what sort of price and delivery time he could give me.... he said he would call me back in 10 mins...
10mins and 3 secs later he called back with a better price than i had been quoted anywhere else and explained that my order could be with me in a couple of days...
So... what arrived at my doorstep at 9am monday morning (after ordering it late on friday!!) yep.. my boost controller!!
Not only have all my previous orders with JW been backed up by spot on products but the delivery has been second to none!!
I am not slagging off other companies but some people might not realise the benefits of dealing with this company..
P.s. he has a banner add before anyone starts!! lol

I agree - Jamie is a real star!!!
I have just ordered and received when promised, a TechTom Monitor. And due to circumstances beyond my control, I managed to mess him about a bit !!!
A top top bloke, keeps his promises and is a pleasure to do business with. Will definately be using him again.
Cheers Jamie !!!

I must say thank you very much to everyone on this thread.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, it really does make it all worth while, especially today!
Thanks again!

Wow what a response, thanks for the kind words.
Big Turbo - We can't possibly hold everything in stock all of the time, our top products tend to sell very quickly when they are in stock and as most of the things come for either the US, Australia or Japan this makes things harder . But we try to have access to all our top sellers at all times if our suppliers can help us.
Thanks again everyone - stoked!

Big Turbo - you are very welcome to come to my house where I run my business from, (baring in mind JWR is only 9 months old), but the items we tend to hold are Magnex, Dawes, APS, some Blitz, some HKS, Samco (occasionally), Carbon Trix, Techtom, Lights and indicators and various other items which pass through.
What's your real name I'll expect to hear from you tomorrow to tell me when you want to drop in?
Edited because I can't spell and to say hi to Iain!

Me thinks the 7 post newbie "Big Turbo" might just be an envious competitor Jamie. You may not have been going long but you sure have the customer service spot on. Thats what will bring the guys back for more.

Big Turbo
what are you getting at exactly?
IMHO
He seems to be suppling the goods and on time. I know a lot of small companies who do not carry much stock, it allows them to keep their operating costs to a minimum by not having a large storage facility full of parts they might shift, not very sensible in this day and age for a lot of businesses especially if you are starting up. It also means you can supply the lastest/ most up-to-date products rather than trying to shift your outdated stock. Just in time or supply on demand are the way forward. losta cash tied up in stock is dead money especially if you end up selling it off cheap when the new model comes out
I have delt with a few 'well established' companies who supply Scooby bitz that could take a leaf out of his book.
The customer is and will always be king
Jamie - keep up the good work
(No connection with JWR, never even spoken to him)

jamie always replies to my emails - almost instantly, unlike some suppliers Power Engineering, and Turbo Dynamics to name two!
Keep up the good work Jamie.

On top of that, the geezer's got an elephantine memory.
I phoned up to order spark plugs and he off the cuff asked how I got on with the panel filter I bought from him ages ago.
Quite impressive....for a saaaafner
