I think its a pretty good Idea, if it was me tho, Id get a spare pair of covers to work on, that way you can return it to original!

Maybe the guys over at 22B have some carbon fibre ones? Adam M?

Below is a picture of my car, and I am considering making myslf a new set of covers for my PIAA lamps. As you can see all I have at the moment is the basic STi covers. I would like to make covers similiar to the ones available for the new shape Impreza, so that there is glass incorporated in them. Hence when I turn on my lights I dont have to change covers.

So basically I'm asking if anyone colud photoshop my covers so that the outline of the cover still is blue in colour, but instead of it being totally painted, I would like a piece of round circular glass in the middle of the cover with the STi sticker or emblem pasted onto the glass.



If anybody could do this it really would be appreciated as I dont want the trouble of making a mould if they arent going to look right.

That is a 22b isnt it? Why do you want to externally modify it? It is the perfect car!!! Leave it alone mate. The covers you want would look wierd on that shape car. IMHO Don't do it!!!!!

IMHO, it looks cr@p!!!! granted - that could also be down to my efforts, but bear in mind that the 22B only really holds it value in it's ORIGINAL condition......
