Question

Anyone used Chips Away in the Notts, Derbys area?
I can't beleive the state of the paintwork after 14,000 miles use, so i reckon i'd best keep on top of the situation.
Are they some sort of franchised operation and (most importantly!)..are they any good?

Dave,

I asked Chips Away in my area (Northants) for a quote, when some little ****** keyed both offside doors and the bonnet. Once I desribed the damage they declined the work on the grounds the damage was on flat panels (!?!). This maybe why you are not getting much response to your guery.

Regards

Robin

Dave I have used them on a sratched side skirt (Silver), they did a great job but as Robin says they recommend you use a paint shop for the most visable flat panel scratches.

Thanks Chiark, I'll do some phoning round at the end of the month (strange how the cash flow improves around that time!).

Not quite the same area, but I've used Scott Eustace in the Leeds area. Brilliant result on a badly scratched bumper, and I'm very very happy.
