I'm coming into some money quite a large amount from an accident i was involved in 18 months ago and was wondering if you had say £2000 to spend on your scooby what would you do to it?
I was thinking wheels and getting the bodywork absolutely minted, but im not so sure. Maybe a FMIC or new turbo? I need a few things to throw in the hat so i can choose and get some sound advice as what to do with the cash. I dont want to waste it see
Thanks Guys

From: 1600cc's of twin scroll fun :)
Depends if your car is warrantied or not
Warranty and resale value (i take it you have an RB5? but not the WR version?)
then PPP.
Out of warranty then full exhaust system and an ecutek 3 or the likes (and a new turbo if you have any change left!)

before making it go even faster, make it go round corners better and make it stop better.
there''s nothing worse than having fun wooping somones ***....then having the brakes fade.
Antiroll bars
Anti lift kit
drop links
poly bushes
bout 600 notes for that lot
Big brakes
AP six pots
bout 1800 notes for them
Andy
(then think about the engine )

Gearbox?? Funny you should mention that actually as mine is on its way out! Booked into CVC for a roadtest on saturday in the hope that i will get a new one! Shes still under warranty you see. Only had the car six months. Besides CVC are very good and i rate them, never had a problem and always had service with a smile so i dont think that saturday will be any different.
PPP?? The car is already approximately 260/270 so no need for the PPP.
Recently put EBC uprated discs and Green stuff pads on. Although better not 100% improvment on the stock ones. So i guess i could look at a GODSPEED upgrade! Or possibly AP.
Ice is something i'm not a big fan of. I have a Kenwood PS series headunit and upgraded Speakers (6x9) rear shelf etc. So apart from a SUB and Amp there isn't much to spend on!
Hmm decisions decisions....what shall i do?

I definitely think you should spend some of the money on bigger brakes. I would go for the 4 pots but if you want to be mad, then go for the 6! Have a look at www.dpmotorsport.com I think i saw 6 pots and 4 pots cheaper than what they normally are!
They spend the rest on the engine
