1/ Are there any turns/sections that I should be wary of?
No, at permitted speeds, no corner should be a problem.
2/ What sort of top end can I expect?
Anything more than 70mph and they'll stop the session
3/ Is it true that in car camcorders are banned?
Yes.
4/ Is there anywhere where I can kick the back end out in relative safety?
Please don't, the rest of us will lose our tracktime
5/ What is this circuit like on Brakes?
No worse than doing the school run, no squealing tyres, remember

Sorry Astraboy, all answers are a bit cynical

Chaps,
I have managed to secure track time at the last minute for trax this weekend
Happy is an understatement.
As before, when I went round Castle Combe, I need to know what the circuit is like. So, if there is anyone out there who have "done it" before, could you cast your eye over the following :
1/ Are there any turns/sections that I should be wary of?
2/ What sort of top end can I expect?
3/ Is it true that in car camcorders are banned?
4/ Is there anywhere where I can kick the back end out in relative safety?
5/ What is this circuit like on Brakes?
I believe that I am doing the international Touring Car Circuit, would have prefered the GP one though
Cheers in advance for the help,
astraboy.

The only bit of advice I can offer for TRAX time is...
Take it easy!!!!
If you spin off, they'll end the session for everyone, even if you've only just gone out! This happened last year and left quite a few faces.
So, have fun, but stay within the limits
James.
