Called them twice, when I was looking for a test drive in a new Turbo, 2 years ago and they didn't return my calls.

I then called FR Pulleyn in York, test drove the car and bought it. Since then I have only used Pulleyns, who offer an excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone.

Of cousre I had to call the Sales Director at KTG to let him know his company lost a sale due to poor service, maybe they are better these days.

Hi chaps, i personally can't knock them, Bought my new car from them back in March 2000 when they were in Bradford, Then they moved that branch to Otley where i still take my car even though RN Golden is only 10 minutes away from my work. The reasons for this is because they treat me with the utmost respect, as a friend and not as a customer, if i have any problems with the car they make sure they put it right before i get my car back. Warranty issues, not a problem whatever it maybe, if its covered, its repaired no questions asked. The staff are very approchable including the mechanics. 3 week wait!! I used to use KT Green but found FR Pulleyn were better at returning calls and also cheaper for servicing

Did a test drive with them - they let you go on your own.

Bought my STi there - they fixed all the niggles.

Just did my PPP there and gave good advice on my other mods.

Can't fault them for customer service - you just need to get to know the people, rather than just calling the main number.

 

Id agree with Ian, Charlie is the service manager and will sort you out... Im sure if you say you can get it cheaper then they will try and sort something out..
