£206!! inc VAT!!!! mine was £280 inc (local well respected garage among Northants Scooby owners).
Should have gone up to Notts!
With regards to what the service involves, I believe it's everything the 45k service has EXCEPT the cambelt.

If you have up to and including MY99, the 60k service is the same as the 30k one (change all the fluids) and should cost £350-450.
If you have MY00 and 01 (I believe), the 60k service is 30k+cambelt and will be in excess of £700
MY02 onwards is a bit tricky because the servicing intervals changed to 10k.

May be it's different for turbos?
I have a Sport and my cambelt was done at 48k and 54k was oil and oil filter. I am expecting it to be oil filter, oil, plugs, leads, air filter and fuel filter???
Anyway, however much it costs, I'm not going to not get it done as I enjoy the car too much not to have it

personally i dont care how much extra it might cost i wood want sum1 who is familiar with subarus, even if not a subaru dealer i have had dealings with a few places which do specialise in scoobs etc & as such no worries , however gooda mechanic they maybe there is the specialist eliment with such a pucker motor & i'd also consider how yer service history will look when it kums 2 sellin yer scoob
